Partner Resources

Membership in the Child Youth and Family Services Coalition of Simcoe County provides many benefits to member agencies.  Networking opportunities through attendance at Coalition Council meetings, information sharing information through the Weekly News and Updates, professional development opportunities, and other resources, including those which are included in the Resources section.

An ANNUAL OVERVIEW of the Coalition and Members’ responsibilities are reviewed with members annually, in September.

Members are required to uphold the communications standards for the use of the Coalition brand and logo.  In order to ensure consistency in the branding and use of Coalition assets, a style guide has been created.   Members are requested to follow the Request for Use of Coalition Logo process for use of the Coalition logo.

Warm Transfer Guidelines, created by the Warm Transfer working group under the Integrated Planning Table, outlines recommended methods for member agencies to consider to help navigate individuals/families to the correct resource as efficiently as possible.
